Terms and Refund Policy

Digital products and delivery

The primary paid product is the China Trip Risk Check, a written digital report reviewing trip setup risks such as payment readiness, phone data, app setup, rail logistics, first-night details, and route pacing. It is delivered by email, usually within 48 hours after payment and required trip details are confirmed.

Free resources, including checklists and public guides, are provided for general travel preparation and may be updated over time.

What is not included

• We do not book flights, hotels, trains, attractions, tours, or reservations.
• We do not process visas, permits, immigration filings, or official registrations.
• We do not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, or insurance advice.
• We do not guarantee that banks, payment apps, hotels, airlines, rail platforms, or government systems will accept every transaction or document.

Beijing arrival support

Beijing first-day arrival support, if discussed, is a separately confirmed pilot service and is not automatically included in the China Trip Risk Check. Availability, scope, timing, local costs, and cancellation terms must be confirmed in writing before any payment for arrival support is requested.

Refund policy

• If a paid Risk Check has not yet been started, you may request a full refund.
• If the report has already been started or delivered, refunds are generally not available because the digital work has been performed.
• If China Without Guesswork cannot deliver the paid report, you will receive a full refund.
• If you paid by mistake or paid before your request was confirmed as a fit, contact us promptly so the payment can be reviewed.

Cancellations and changes

For the digital Risk Check, send route changes or additional details as soon as possible. Once the report is in progress, major trip changes may require a new review rather than a revision of the original report.
