Terms and Refund Policy

Digital products and delivery

The primary paid digital product is Instant Trip Readiness Review. It reviews trip setup risks such as route pacing, transport connections, payment readiness, phone data, app setup, hotel address, entry materials, first-night details, and priority fixes.

Instant is an automatically generated structured readiness review. Beijing Arrival Support is a separate human service that requires written availability, scope, and price confirmation before payment.

What is not included

• We do not book flights, hotels, trains, attractions, tours, or reservations.
• We do not process visas, permits, immigration filings, or official registrations.
• We do not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, insurance, or emergency advice.
• We do not guarantee that banks, payment apps, hotels, airlines, rail platforms, or government systems will accept every transaction or document.

Beijing Arrival Support

Beijing Arrival Support is a separately confirmed service. Availability, scope, timing, local costs, and cancellation terms must be confirmed in writing before any payment for arrival support is requested.

Refund policy

• If a paid Trip Readiness Review has not yet been started, you may request a full refund.
